Nutrition Counselling

Dietitians are available in each of the four communities serviced by the Wolf Creek Primary Care Network (Lacombe, Ponoka, Rimbey, and Sylvan Lake). Appointments to meet with our Dietitians may be made with or without physician referral and they are available by contacting your local physician's office.
