Happiness Basics

Upcoming dates and times:

Coming late Summer or early Fall 2020.


Who should attend?

Adults 18 years or older who want to be happier, whether they are depressed, languishing or flourishing. You do not need a diagnosis to take this program.


Program format:

7 weeks: 2 hour ​group sessions 

​4 weeks: 2 hour group sessions (check availablity)

$20 materials fee


How do you get in to the program?

You can self-refer by calling 403-782-1408 and speaking with Kellie. When you self-refer consider having a friend registered with you as this can provide support for positive change.

You can obtain a referral from your Wolf Creek PCN family doctor or by e-mailing group@wcpcn.ca with which program you are interested in registering for.

If you are already seeing a Wolf Creek PCN nurse, mental health counsellor, exercise specialist or nutritionist you can also ask them about a referral.


Your commitment:

Weekly homework provides you the opportunity to practice the skills and take control of your personal state of happiness. 

This is not therapy or counseling - there is no expectation for you to share and talk about your past.
