Movers and Groovers (Online)

Movers and Groovers is a follow-along exercise program for adults led by Brad, a PCN Exercise Specialist, focusing on resistance exercises, balance exercises, and stretching in order to help you improve your muscular strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility. Normally an in-person program in Innisfail, Movers and Groovers will be held online for the time being. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00-11:00am on Zoom:

No registration is required. Simply click the link or use the meeting ID listed above each day to join. The only equipment you will need is a sturdy chair. Resistance bands are used for some exercises however if you do not have one you can perform the exercises without one. As this is a general exercise program, and all participants have different levels of fitness, it is completely up to you how much exercise you want to do each day. You can follow-along for the entire hour or stay for a smaller portion, perform all the recommended repetitions of an exercise or less, or even leave certain exercises out that you are unable to perform for one reason or another - you choose what is appropriate for you!
